Architect Steven Gerendas made a little investment in a 446 sqm block on Arnold Street Queens Park, which he let sit while he decided what to build on it.
What followed was a nine-year design and excavation project, resulting in two individually designed four-storey residences. However, to make these locations extra special, he engaged the team at SMARTHOMEWORKS for a full home automation suite. Read on to learn about what we did and the results.
The project
